Whether you have ambitions of performing on the West-End stage or if you're still young at heart and keen to learn performing arts, The Emma Dodd School of Performing Arts has the answer for you.
We hold weekly classes for all ages and from beginners to professionals. You may want to try it out as a new, fun way to keep fit. The School covers various methods of:
The classes are held at Kesgrave Community Centre and are taught by Emma Dodd, a professional peformer who spent 10 years on the West-End and appeared in shows including Starlight Express, and more recently, Hairspray with Michael Ball.
The School was officially opened in October 2009 by Michael Ball who cut the ribbon and unveiled a plaque. View photos of the offical opening here.
Emma is accompanied by Jo King, the School's resident musical director.
All teachers affiliated to the School are Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked and are qualified in First Aid.
