Dear parent / guardian,

Thank you for your interest in The Emma Dodd School of Performing Arts. Due to popular demand, The School would ask if you could complete this form at checkout if you would like to enrol at The School’s forthcoming term, commencing in January 2022. The School will be unable to guarantee the Student’s place until this form is completed, along with your payment as seen on this purchase, by 01/01/22.

The weekly classes are as follows:

When: Sunday Mornings Time: 8.45am – 9.30am
Venue: Henley Community Centre, Church Meadows, Henley, Ipswich, IP6 0RP



Terms and Conditions:

  • If fees are not received by Week 06, then a 15% increase will be added to the total payment.

  • There will be no class during half-term.

  • Failure to pay may result in the Student’s place being terminated.

  • Students must wear The School’s official uniform at all times.

  • The School requires six weeks written notice if the Student wishes to leave. Failure to comply, will result in no refund.

  • Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you are unsuccessful in gaining a place, The School will place your name on a waiting list and will contact you as soon as one becomes available.

  • Should a regional or national lockdown be enforced, all classes will move online via Zoom.

  • Please note that fees are non-refundable through absence due to holiday, sickness and/or an enforced lockdown as The Schools running costs remain constant.

  • If Zoom classes are unavailable for certain classes, a School Credit Note, will be issued at The School’s discretion.
